White Peat Moss
White peat moss is harvested from the upper layers of a peat bog. It is light brown, fibrous, and airy. Being only slightly decomposed, its fibrous structure is still visible, giving it excellent aeration and water retention properties.
Additional information
This type of peat moss has a low pH (acidic, ~3.5–4.5) and is uniform, clean, and free of weeds and diseases. It is ideal for mixing with coco coir, perlite, or fertilizers and is best suited for professional growing media for seedlings, plant potting, nurseries, and for use in horticulture, greenhouses, and by home growers.
