Do you provide installation support for bathroom fixtures?
While installation is not included, many of our fixtures are designed for easy DIY setup. We can also recommend professional installers in your area or provide installation guidance if needed. What is your shipping policy within Australia?
We deliver locally within the Darwin region and across all Australian States and Territories.
Most orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days for smaller items, depending on location. For larger, bulky items, delivery times will vary depending on the location.

What is your return and refund policy?
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will review your claim, and if the product is deemed to have material flaws or workmanship issues, we may arrange a replacement or exchange on a case-by-case basis.
