Walhalla is free if you have a desire for our products in varying them so that you get the products we have with the function you want.

Flow from order to delivery

Inquiry

Please contact us to discuss our product range. We will explain the various applications and functions of our products to help you find the best solution.

During this initial discussion, we may ask about your specific needs, such as your preferred product options and the intended installation area. Once these details are determined, we can provide a tailored offer for your project.

Quotation

We will provide a formal quotation that details the manufacturing requirements, raw materials, estimated processing time, and a clear breakdown of the total costs.

Contract

If you agree to move forward, we will establish a Memorandum of Understanding. This document will detail the processing time, raw materials, cancellation policy, delivery schedule, and installation at your location.

Manufacturing

Once construction begins, the production period will be determined by the specific product, the raw materials required, and the nature of your customization request. We appreciate your understanding as we work to ensure your product meets our quality standards.

We will contact you approximately one week before the product is finished to hold a meeting, where we will confirm and finalize the transportation schedule.

Delivery

Following our final product manufacturing or supply update, we will proceed with the delivery of your order according to the agreed schedule.

Once the products have been received and processed at our facility, you will be notified that your items are ready for collection or are being dispatched for delivery as per our agreement.
